been going on for over a month now. go to verizon.net home page and try to sign in to email and get 'method not supported' anywhere on the page i try to log in. hello, verizon. either allow me to login from the home page or change your home page. xfinity guy came to my door a few days ago. he starting to look good. i know some of the 'forum members' are really verizon people. pay attention and do something.

Our problem today is that we are unable to sign in to the E mail page. However if we use the old Email sign -in page we can get to our mail. What is up Verizon.? Thinking of going back to Comcast myself. They had problems, but we can get it much cheaper as new customers. If we have problems there, I understand that we can come back to Verizon and get the new customer price. Doesn't seem fair to me that if you are an old loyal customer, you pay a good deal more for the same service that new customers get!!!
