Why did verizon stop call intercept? it was a great service. If it could be used for ALL calls, ( e.g. everyone would have to identify by pushing a pre-designated code), it would eliminate robocalls.
Telebouncer works like that.
I would gladly pay 10 or 20 /month for this.
