Friends, for about 4 months I was able to connect at DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 1184 448 - That was GREAT. Then last Friday I could not connect at all or would connect at a slower rate and it would drop eventually (when it did connect I saw 438/448 for example. I called suppport and we tried many things (another computer, differnet wires , my old modem 6100F). None of this helped so I put back the 7500 and was told 1 day later the network connection was rebuilt. Great now I can connect and it has not dropped for 48 hours, but the connect speed is
862 Kbps / 155 Kbps. I have powered down the modem, rebooted my computer, tried another computer, etc. I have had issues in the past and know the basic trouble shooting procedures. Should I call support again or will I have to live with this since speeds are not guaranteed? (I have the lowest priced plan 19.99 per month) Thanks, J
