Determining my monthly DSL bandwidth usage

I have been using Verizon DSL for several years now. I would like to know how I may check on my monthly bandwidth usage. I look at my on line bill and my account and find nothing. I installed the Verizon help software but find nothing.

I did find a bandwidth calculator which will give an estimate

But I should be able to find out the exact usage fromj Verizon.

You are not charged by usage....

I am not aware of any way you or verizon to check that

OP (person who started this thread) : What is the brand, model, and firmware of your router?

Dsl down 2 weeks now. Repair tech came twice and said problem is in central office and not in my bldg I only have Blackberry access now my router is Westel327W ver. 03.00.63A

Really???.... you are charged by the month... regardless of how much you use or don't use the service
