My Fios App does not work, I deleted and reinstalled it again, installed it on different device and resetting my router but still the same. I spoke with Verizon multiple times but they could not fix it.
The app works properly on my Samsung Galaxy A51.
What type of mobile phone do you have? What happens when you try to use the app? 🤔
