another day of misery with verizon dsl, keeps disconnecting me. then i'm told verizon isn't to concerned about the dropped calls on the cell phones in this area, too many users. i guess home phone and dsl will be the first to go. then i wait till my contract is up for the cell phone, then the office line and dsl. i spend too much money with them to be ignored. can only contact them during their business hours.
