I have only had my service for less than 4 months with many outages. Today is no exception...once again I had to call it in and borrow a cell phone no less...and the response is a "repairman will be sent out by 9/14"! Two weeks! Are you kidding me? This is the network problem and not my home connections... make it right ASAP. How can my internet work and not have a dialtone?
