THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE {please keep your posts courteous}!!! I had to wait 8 DAYS to have my phone service repaired .. . They were supose to come in 4 days which I thought was a long time but when they didnt show on the forth day I called to see why ? I was told that there was a flood in the 716 area code and they couldn't come out . I live on an island and if WE get flooded there is a big problem. I told this {please keep your posts courteous}that 716 is a large area and the whole thing isn't flooded . They came out 4 days later and found an underground wire was severed ..they couldn't replace it underground because the ground was frozen so it was just layed in the grass. Its now May and they still haven't come to bury it . I called and they said it would be about 10 days until they could come out . Why do they think they can treat customers like this they aren't the only game in town anymore .. I'm going to use my cell phone as my home phone and send these clowns packing !!!!!!!!!
