Westell 7500 Dynamic DNS Error

I've configured my Westell 7500 router to use Dynamic DNS from dyndns.org. When the router tries to update the IP, I get an error message: Error received during upate. I see others have experienced the same problem, but I don't see a fix. Has anyone gotten the Dynamic DNS service to work?

#1 Go to http://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm

#2 Download the tool addressed on that web page.

#3 Scan the tool for malware, if you desire to.

#4 Start the Tool.

#5 You don't have to click on Run Benchmark, at this time

#6 The DNS Servers that your computer is set to use, are they Orange colored?
