I signed up for Fios and with my subscription I received a $100 gift card. My account says the gift card is ready to be redeemed but when I click the link nothing happens. I chatted support and they asked me to try on different devices/app and nothing worked. Finally they gave me a number to call and all it does is put me on hold for 20mins or more (tried several times during the day) and I just don't believe anyone is ever going to pick up. It looks like a lot of other people have experienced the same thing. Can someone from Verizon please help me? Thanks.
