New Construction - Address not yet available

We are building a home on an existing street in Spotsylvania County, VA but do not have an address yet. When looking up service using a neighbor’s address it says fios is not available. My question is how do I get fios to this existing street? Once fios is available what is the process to get it installed in a newly constructed home?

Well, I would wait until you have been assigned an address. To order the Fios service, you need an address and proof of residence. If Fios is not available on your street, it is generally considered that you won't have Fios service available. Once Verizon has built out the service to your street, you will be promptly notified to sign up for service.
