New Westell 6100G modem shows some blank pages

Hi,

Just installed High Speed DSL and received a new Westell 6100G modem. The firmware version is 5.01.00.04.

When I select the "Advanced" and then click on the "DNS Server" option, I get a blank page. The top menu bar is still there, but nothing below that.

Is there an issue with the firmware or the modem itself?

It sounds like a firmware bug if you're delivered a blank page no matter what machine or browser you use to visiti it. You can ask Verizon to exchange the modem since it has a defect (so to speak) or you could try re-installing the firmware on the modem by pushing it as an "upgrade." Otherwise, you can leave it alone if it's working fine otherwise.
