I was supposed to receive a $50 e-giftcard for signing up for verizon. I got an email about it a few days back which told me to log in to my verizon account but when I try to click on the link on my dashboard it just takes me back to my dashboard. I talked to someone through their online support system and they gave me a number to call but I've called on multiple days and have only been kept on hold for over 40 minutes. Anyone else have this issue and know how to resolve it?
