Transferring Email Sub-Accounts between different Verizon Primary Accounts

My wife has had a Verizon sub-account on her parent's Verizon DSL account for 6-7 years from when she lived with them. She and I have since gotten married, bought a house and become Verizon FIOS customers. Her parents are about to discontinue their Verizon DSL service.

Is there any way to transfer that Verizon sub-account to our new Verizon FIOS account?

Yes. You'll need to contact tech support (see the Contact Us page for options) and have a "repoint" done. They should be able to help you create a sub account on the new FiOS account to move it to, then they should be able to move the username over. Any content on the old sub doesn't move with a repoint, but they should be able to escalate a request to have mail, etc. copied over once it's done.
