Do you realize that your headers and toolbars take up over half of the vertical area available for body composition in the webmail interface ???

My Client has express disapproval of the amount of room you leave for message composition. Some people are very visually oriented. They need better service. Your logo is not important to them after they logon.

Peer-to-peer. There are some Verizon employees who stop by to help out every now and then, but you would be much better served actually registering your "client's" complaint with Verizon, instead of posting here.

That said, I can scroll down and have no Verizon logo anywhere on my screen while in my email account. Is your client's scroll ability broken?
