Here it is 2010 and my friend is still having problems with Apple mail and Verizon. The Apple mail app will not communicate with the verizon server no matter what config we put into the keychain. This is a brand new iMac and the previous 2 iMacs communicated with verizon just fine. Called Apple talked for 1 hours. Called verizon talked and screen shared for 2 hours, not success, any suggestions?
