Can not apply the Fios first responder discount.
I have called Verizon and they say, "sorry, the discount has to be applied through the website. You should see a 800 number to call if you get errors". Problem is I don't get errors and that number is nowhere to be found. To be told that you qualify for a discount but they can't apply it because the website isn't working and they don't know who to contact is unacceptable.
