Compatability issues with Firefox?

While I can access primary and sub accounts with ie8, there are issues with email and firefox v3.6.3.

Using firefox, it is impossible to access any email accounts other than the account assigned to me for use with the "my webspace" feature. A feature I have used for several years btw. That address although, is not one that I have ever used for Email.

If there is no fix.... I'll start the calling procedure with Verizon tech support.

I use firefox on two different PC's to access webmail without any issues. What version of windows do you have and what web site are you going to in order to view webmail.

Win.7 and while I try to login with

https://www22.verizon.com/ it is always an issue.

As for most today, it is/was a server issue. I spent some quality? time a very good csr today. They know that there are issues with email due to the mass migration to verizons servers from the soon to be orphaned Yahoo and MSN members.

imo, Verizon could/should have been prepared, but then what organization, gov't or otherwise is prepared these days?
