Email-having multiple addresses up at the same time and sub account management

1. Can you have multiple verizon email addresses up at the same time. When I'm in my main and try to log onto a sub account, the main gets closed. Wondering if there's a way to have both up?

2. How do you get to the manage sub accounts screen from the normal email screen. It comes up when I first log on but then I can't find it after reading some email.

1. The only way to do this that I know of is to use multiple browsers. (Ex: Have the primary up in IE and the sub in Firefox.) This is due to the way that the verizon.net site assigns cookies.

2. This depends on whether you are on Verizon 2.0, and whether you have a portal partner. If you have a plain verizon.net account and are not on 2.0, you should be able to click on the My Account button near the top of your screen.
