this verizon email is giving me second thoughts about my account. Comcast was much easier. I have 3 kids and a wife, all had their email on comcast.net. All I want to do is give them verizon.net, how......is it even possible? any tips appreciated

Very easy:
1) Log into My Verizon
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Account Profile
3) Scroll down to the Sub-Account section and click on Add new Sub-Accounts
4) Enter the required info
5) Repeat #3 and #4 as needed
You may create up to 9 sub-accounts.
