Setting up Verizon Sub-Account-Is there a problem with the Link????

For the last couple of days, I have been attempting to set up a verizon sub account for an additional email I want to add, however the "manage sub accounts" link is not doing anything when I click on it.

I even installed Firefox to see if that would make it work, nothing....

Please Help, as I need to add an @verizon.net email account.

I have the same problem as I just signed up as a new verizon customer. Certainly not getting started on the right foot for sure.

It works for me.

Make sure your browser and antivirus/internet security suite allow connection and popups at least for the Verizon site. Might have to flush your Browser Cache. For Internet Explorer you may have to enable compatibility view.
