cant access main email account with windows sp3

A little frustrated here. On my pc with windows sp3 i can access my email sub accounts but i cant access my main email account. I do have a laptop with windows vista and can access my main email and sub accounts. It appears verizon doesnt really care about older versions of windows. I have to change all my email contacts away from verizons email service to another, and never use their email again. I hope verizon still sends me all their advertisment spam to the mailbox i cant open

Are you talking about via the website or a pop3 client? If you can access your sub accounts on that pc, then the odds of the problem being your operating system are pretty slim.

direct from the website. When i try to open the main email account, verizon opens up my whole account. Meaning, my telephone bill, my tv bill, my internet bill. I can change services , cancel services or whatever. All i am trying to do is get to my email. SP3 windows cant do whatever verizon is asking it to do.
