New Customer - installation on 11/8 and lost connection to the internet on 11/9. Router showing solid yellow ring of no internet connection. Restarted both the Ont and modem as well as disconnected/re-connected/restart. I believe I covered all the bases. No luck - solid yellow remains.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
