Fios faster speed available to neighbors

I'm moving to a new house and trying to setup Fios. All my neighbors on all sides can get Fios up to 1GB but when I search my address I get only 100mbps max. Two days ago I search and was able to see 1GB available for my address but now it only shows 100mbps. Called TechSupport and they said they also see 100mpbs and can't tell me why 1GB was available 2 days ago and now it's not.

Any suggestion on how I can get this issue resolved?
