Message stuck

My daughter sent a large attachment from Outlook subaccount {edited for privacy} and it appears to be stuck sending as it has so far been sent/received over 20 times. Please can you remove the email with the subject "our project" and the large PowerPoint attachment? We have tried everything possible in outlook.

THis is a Peer to Peer forum. If you really have to get in touch with Verizon you need to use one of the "contact us" options that showup at the bottom of most pages or the url

This sounds like a case of something you will have to do yourself on the PC in question. Find the Message in the outbox of Outlook and delete it.
