I came home from vacation and while my internet DSL service works fine my home phone no longer works. Will no make or receive calls. According to Verizon I need to schedule an appointment for a technician to check. The problem I have is I have NO OTHER PHONE available for them to call me before they come! Why can't they get with the program every other online company has and let me TALK TO SOMEONE REAL ONLINE IN REAL TIME!?!?
