Verizon E-mail down again??

My wife has been having sporadic e-mail access over the last week for some reason. It's up one day and down the next.

I tried logging on to her e-mail here at work and I was able to get in. Does this mean there is a problem with our home pc? Do I need to re-set the router or something? There has been no power outages so far at our home with all the

recent snow/ice storms. Please advise.

What kind of error are you getting when trying to access it at home? Are you using webmail or an email client?

Not sure if she is even getting any error message. Just can't get to the normal log in page.

She is using the normal Verizon home page for web mail I believe.
