Importing contacts?

Any hints on how to import an address book in csv format?

I always get the error "Your Session has expired. Please close this window and try importing contacts again from within Webmail." Of course I am trying to import from within Webmail.

If you tell us what e-mail client on your computer, you use - that would help.

The csv file was exported from my address book in Comcast SmartZone. I'm importing it into Verizon webmail.

The columns in the exported file are "CardOwner Company Email FirstName FullName LastName MiddleName MobilePhone Nickname WorkEmail1 WorkEmail2".

I tried editing it down to "Email FirstName LastName" with the same results.

Hi - I just want you to know that I came here to post the same issue. I also spent over an hour on the phone with TWO Verizon techs, one of whom was supposed to have been an "expert" - they had me log in to a site where they were able to take control of my computer - with my witnessing - but they were still unable to resolve my issue. This is very frustrating.....they told me I saved it correctly too.....ARGH!!!!!

Try selecting all columns, maybe.
