Please help me stop getting repeat messages on verizon.net

When I get messages from Verizon, they're repeated at least 10 times. I mean, the same message. I can see by the date stamp. And when I get repsonses to questions I've posed on other forums, I get 20 repeats of each response message. Twenty, each time! Again, I can see this by the identical date stamps.

Please, how do I stop this?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I forgot to add that to add insult to injury, after I've taken the trouble to delete all these repeated messages--now old, from months ago--they re-appear in my box, 20 repeats of each message!

This is ridiculous!

Someone from Verizon, please step in here and help me solve this.
