When I want to add a photo as my signature, upon saving, I receive the message "You have reached the maximum number of characters for your signature. Anyone know how to modify my photo or the signature options?

Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with the signature. Are you trying to put this signature into the email website or into a program installed on your computer such as Outlook? Also if you are using the email website, please make sure you are using Internet Explorer to access it .
