I have been trying to redeem my verizon gift card for signing up with fios and it won't go through. I keep getting a system error. I've been on hold for 20 minutes trying to talk to someone and I had to hang up cause it was taking too long. I want was promised to me so I can use it for my bill. Looks like a lot of people have been having this issue and not sure if anyone got it resolved or not.
