Hello, I always sign in to Webmail here: https://webmail.verizon.com/signin/Login.jsp?auth=t. For some reason starting today, when I click on Sign In nothing happens. I see Run script”;” in the Safari Version 7.0.2 (9537.74.9) status bar. Is there a reason for this problem? Thanks so much for any suggestions.
I had no problem today. I don't understand what caused the problem yesterday and I'd still be interested to know what may have caused it. Thanks.
I have received a PIN and a temporary log in password, but I still cannot access my email. Is there something about having to wait 24 hours to use the temp password? Bout to run me crazy, in addition to taking time.
Shouldn't be. You should be able to logon immediately. If still a problem you need to contact them.
On one pc (windows 7) when I go to www.verizon.net,
Then click on "Sign in / Register"
I get an usually get an empty box
Occasionally I get a small box showing a portion of "The connection has timed out"
Here is the best part:
SAME RESULTS on Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, AND Chrome. On that one computer.
Any idea which parameter is corrupt?
