No. None of the other email accounts I use will allow that either.
I know of no easy way to do it with Windows.
From linux a simple script can be used to forward email. Just need a list of emails in a file and run a bash/perl script send out an email for each. I've did this in a few minutes for forward thousands of emails to a new email account. I did this when I switched to a new email and I did not want to loose certain emails.
