How to put pictures into the body of a verizon.net email?

I cannot put pictures into the body of an email on the verizon.net webpage. I can add pictures as an attachment, but I want to put them into the body of the email. I "copy" a picture and then click on an area of the email where I want to paste it, and click "paste", and nothing. How can I paste pictures into an email on verizon.net?

I am sorry but there is no way to embed graphics within your email using the Verizon website. You are able to use an email program such as Outlook to do so.
