I am having on heck of a time trying to get help via phone with Verizon on this issue. I am either given a runaround or I get put on hold for an extensive amount of time...okay enough of venting. Here is my problem...
I recently updated from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 using Windows Live Mail. I was not receiving my emails and found out that I was using the wrong incoming and outgoing settings. That has been corrected.
Now, when I go to the Internet Verizon Account, I have no emails in my inbox...NONE!
I have even sent emails to my account from another computer (work). There is no response that it was undeliverable.
I am having no problems with my internet connection.
I hope someone out there can help me with this issue.
