Anyone else having the worst experience of their lives?
Came here from comcast 3 months ago. Took weeks to get my email transfered. Verizon Email was down at some point every day for 1.5 months. Then roughly every other day. Now I have absolutely no service at my home for 48+ hours. They give me an appointment and then push it out saying they are too busy. Which means there must be a lot of people having trouble.
