Unable to access Webmail - getting the following error when I try to login:

Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Not completely down, at least. Just logged into mine and it's working fine.

I'd report it so Verizon directly if I were you. Intermittent issues especially need to be reported immediately by as many people as possible. Otherwise Verizon might just stick their fingers in their ears and say "La lalalalalala LA LA LA..." or, "Working for me, so it must not be broken."

I received the same message but for whatever reason when I use my webmail bookmark I would get this message.

If I go to webmail.verizon.com directly and log in seems to work fine. Dont understand why!!!!!!!!!!!

That's strange. Where is your bookmark pointed to? I can try from that url...

Book mark is pointed to: http://webmail.verizon.net/signin/Authorize.jsp

My bookmark points to http://webmail.verizon.net/signin/ (no Authorize.jsp). I got in once but still keep receiving the error I posted on additional attempts.

POP3 access seems fine so it is just the web app authorization and not the emial servers causing the issue. I have posted on DSL Reports Verizon Direct Forum - don't have the ime to sit on the phone with Verizon right now.
