Hi, I am not new to Verizon but I just changed over to a MAC. I had a connectivity issue which the Verizon techs helped me resolve.
I can access my e-mail easily now BUT one of my settings from the PC must have been lost because when I start to type in the recipient's name, the system no longer autofills the remainder of the name or the address. Also, I did NOT switch to the 'new e-mail' but I no longer have any choices about the font, font size etc. This is really a pain.
If you are willing to help, you need to tell me exactly where in my account to go to try and do this. I've spent an hour trying to figure this out and I can see my frustration is not leading me to the right answer
