Three questions:
1. Is there a guarantee or trial period during which I may cancel the service without penalty if not satisfied? I'm with Brighthouse cable right now and am getting REALLY AGGRAVATED with their unstable service.
2. Is it essential that I use the software that comes with the modem? I see no reason to as long as I can get connected.
3. Is there a separate modem rental fee?
And, if Verizon is getting this, your e-mail question facility doesn't work. I tried that first and it would not accept an e-mail without a sub-issue but that drop down menu only had a "select" term and nothing to select. Also, it asked for an account number, which I don't have as I am considering the service, not yet a subscriber. The software logic used on the website leaves something to be desired.
