Verizon DSL with AOL Email??

I recently switched an elderly lady from AOL Dialup to Verizon DSL with Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 OS. She misses her AOL Mail. Is it possible to get her back on AOL Mail while using Verizon DSL and if so, how do I do it? Does anyone know what AOL charges for having a mail account while not serving as the Internet Service Provider? Could she retain the "Verizon. net" suffix in her email account? Thanks very much! Verizon does offer partnership with AOL: http://my.verizon.com/micro/getaolnow/

However, you should be able to sign up for a free AOL email address at any time that is not linked to (and is therefore not dependent on) your ISP account.
