Hello, deppy here---I have windows 8 and want to know how to reset so that outlook express will send. Receive OK.

Windows 8 does not have outlook express. Check your computer again and give us more details on what you need help with.
As said outlook express is not included (and doesn't work if you somehow get installed) with Windows 8. The default mail client included with Windows 8 doen't support Pop and so doesn't work with Verizon. The successor to Outlook express (Microsoft Windows Live Mail) does work as do many other Email clients.
