My computer crashed and I had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall the original software. When I try to set up my Verizon service, I can only get 60% through the process. I am asked for my Verizon ID and password, but after I fill it in and press "next," I get the same screen again, ad infinitum.
And yet, when I log into Verizon.net, using the same ID and password, I have no trouble whatsoever.
Also, if I haven't been able to activate my Verizon service, why can I get on the Internet anyway?
