I checked my email at verizon.net today, and discovered that all pre-August 1st email has disappeared from my account. I did not delete any of it. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, is there a way to retrieve it? Thanks.
#1 There is a limited time that the messages can stored in the Inbox Online. As need be, move/copy them to a different folder.
#2 Are you using any POP3 E-mail Clients to download mail? For example, Outlook Express.
