Notifying e-mail senders of my new e-mail address

To Whom It May Concern:

I am interested in notifying anyone who has sent e-mails to my Verizon e-mail in box of my new e-mail address. I don't have a contact list in my Verizon e-mail account anymore. The old contact list was in Outlook Express. Outlook Express wasn't available on my new laptop.

Subsequently, I want to transfer all of these Verizon e-mails to my new e-mail address.

Also, my e-mail contacts are currently in my Plaxo account. It would also be helpful to know how to transfer this Plaxo contact list into my new e-mail address contacts list.

In Outlook Express go to

File -> Export

You can export Messages and the Address Book from here.
