We set up a "wake up call" to our home phone, but have no idea how it was set up nor how to access it to turn it off.
Does anyone have a link to this service?

That absolutely did NOT answer the question!
I also set this up and am trying to find out how to cancel it online.
The only way I could find out to cancel the Wake Up call was to call voice mail and go through the menu.
You can only turn it on/off via voice mail. You can't do it on the FiOS Digital Voice account manager.
Simply call {edited for privacy} and follow the prompts to Wake-Up Calls
