Since they changed to the new "look". I can't add/delete services to my Sub-accounts. I created a new Sub-account but nothing pops up for me to add email to it. Help!!
From My Verizon on the top menu, under the Profile section, select Manage Sub Accounts to get to the proper section.
There's a checkbox on the right when creating the sub account that says "This account will have Email."
If it's already created, you select it from the Select a Sub Account to Manage drop-down. There is a checkbox on the right once the options for that sub account load.
