As posted by many others... I am also getting the error page {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}. I have tried chatting with 2 different verizon agents and they just keep sending me a new redemption email, which takes me to the same dashboard with the broken link/error.
I am supposed to redeem the card by Nov 8... not sure what I need to do.
