I paid my bill at Wal mart. I gave them the acct. number verbally and transposed a couple numbers. My mistake. To correct the problem I called Verizon, who told me to call walmart, who sent me to the company that handles thier bill processes, who told me Verizon should fix this problem. LOL
After more phone calls than I can remember and one letter that gave every number on my bill receipt nothing has been resolved.
It is now on my credit report. Verizon has my money and I have a bad credit report.
