Never stick on promise, it is not happening, lot of installation charges

Hi,

While taking connection indicated different and tempting connection, now i can see lot of charges, No match between initial promise and lot of hidden changes, and installation charges, I never encountered with other services i had earlier with different carrier., this is first time and last time with Verizon.

No idea Why they will cheat customers, Hope they will change.

Pain customer.
