I am only getting about 400kpbs according to speedtest.net. I spoke to Verizon earlier today and we couldnt get anything fix. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Can you tell us which modem you have? We need to get some statistics from it first. Also let us know of any routers you might have in operation.
